My name is B.M., and I want to enlighten you to a great experience I had with one of your employees, Pam. I was in the market for an eternity ring for my wife for our 10th wedding anniversary. I saw your website and called to place an order. I spoke with Pam. She took my order and at the end gave me the bad news that the rings were custom made and that the delivery date would be 2-3 days after my anniversary. I explained my issue and upgraded the shipping to overnight. Pam was very accommodating and assured me that she would do what she could to expedite the order. To my surprise the ring was delivered the day before my actual anniversary. I want you to know what a true professional Pam is. She did not over promise but she definitely over delivered which is the best trait when you are in the customer service industry.
