After you submit your purchase a page will come up over the Internet providing you with an order number. You will immediately receive an email at the email address you provided listing the details of your order. How do I track my order and know when it has shipped?

Each item requires a specific amount of manufacturing time and is detailed under Customer Information on each product page. Manufacturing begins the day after you place your order. When your jewelry item is ready you will receive an email confirming shipment and providing a tracking number. You may review the details of your order online by logging in to your account at the top of the website. Please feel free to email customer service at service@eternityweddingbands.com requesting the status of your order and estimated ship date.

Why Does It Take So Long to Ship My Order?

Each diamond ring is manufactured upon order.  By not keeping any inventory we keep our costs low, and pass these savings on to our customers.  We are also therefore able to offer each style of ring with many different options, so you can basically customize your own ring!


How do I track my order after it has shipped?
When your jewelry item is ready you will be emailed your tracking number. You may then track your shipment online at www.fedex.com or call Fedex toll free at 1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-463-3339). Please allow 12 hours for your tracking information to process in the system.

You offer many different qualities of diamonds and metals… how do I choose the right one?

The ‘right one’ is a personal decision based on many factors. You, the customer, must first decide what is important in the jewelry you are purchasing and then find the right balance of quality and price. We encourage customers to educate themselves on diamond color and clarity and the different types of metals before purchasing any diamond jewelry. Why are your prices so low compared to other vendors?
We are able to offer you the lowest prices on diamond wedding bands, diamond anniversary rings and diamond jewelry by keeping our costs low. We do this by holding no inventory and having no storefront. Further, other jewelry retailers mark up their product by as much as 300%. We refuse to do this and offer our customers the lowest price possible.

Do you sell conflict diamonds or diamonds that contribute to human rights abuses?
No. Eternity Wedding Bands and the merchants we work with only use legitimate and clean diamonds. The diamonds we use are not conflict diamonds, are 100% natural and have not been enhanced in any way.

What different payment options do you offer?
You may pay for your jewelry purchase with an American Express, Visa, Matercard or Discover credit or debit card, check or money order. We also offer a layaway program. Please visit our Payment Options page to learn more about the payment options we offer.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Because Eternity Wedding Bands is located in New York, we are required by NY State Law to collect sales tax on all purchases shipped to an address located in New York State. You will therefore ONLY be charged sales tax if you ship your order to an address in New York State. The amount of sales tax charged is determined by the county you ship the package to.

I’m in a rush. Do you offer overnight delivery?
Yes, in addition to our free Fedex 3-Day Air Shipping, we offer Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air shipping options at a small additional charge. Please note that we still require the specific amount of manufacturing time detailed on each page. Please visit our page on Shipping Options for more details.

I ordered the wrong item/size. Can I exchange it?
Yes, to exchange the item please email service@eternityweddingbands.com for a Return Authorization Number and follow the instructions detailed at Money Back Guarantee / Return Policy.

The item is not what I expected. Can I return it?

At Eternity Wedding Bands we pride ourselves in guaranteeing that every one of our customers is 100% satisfied with their purchase. Do you provide a warranty on your rings and jewelry?
We provide our customers with a 90-day warranty on all items. Provided the item shows no signs of excessive damage, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to the customer. Please be assured that our jewelry is of the highest quality and we receive minimal to no returns/repairs.
